Most deck walls stop at 8.5". Ours keeps going. Opera builds some of the widest production skateboard decks you can buy - from 9.5" pool shapes up to 10", 11" and full 12" Fatties. All pressed in our EX7 7-ply maple construction, so a big platform still snaps like a street deck.

Why ride wide? More surface means more stability: better for bigger feet, transition and vert, cruising, and anyone who wants a locked-in feel on lock-ins. If you have been searching for a 10 inch skateboard deck (or beyond) that is not a reissue cruiser, this is that wall.
